This is a video sample from an Android app - Videocam Illusion.
Basically, its a great app where it can apply an effect while recording the video.
For the free version, you can select resolution between 480x320 (default) or 384x288. The sample below is using default setting. You also have the option to enable/disable audio track recording.
Filter effect included: mono, pencil, thermal, x-ray.
Video Effect available: fat, mosaic, light tunnel, pinch.
Mask: cork board, bricks.
Speed: normal or 1.33x
other options: store memory location, flash on/off
thermal effect somehow will give some cool fancy color effect that may cause delusional state of mind
