The specifications include:

* The 1.2 GHz Snapdragon MSM8260 dual-core CPU that Qualcomm recently showed off at the Consumer Electronics Show
* 1080p video playback and capture
* A 4.3-inch qHD-resolution screen (960 by 540 pixels) – the same as the aforementioned Atrix

Hope it will be a reality as HTC's spec sheet seems to be rather dull in term of development. Similarity between the Thunderbolt, Inspire 4G and Desire HD and HTC EVO 4G. The Android's HTC EVO 4G is indeed have similar specification to Windows Mobile's HTC HD2 which came out in late 2009

Let's take a look at the two big phones that came out at CES: the Thunderbolt and Inspire 4G. Both of those phones are American versions of and have similar specs to the HTC Desire HD, a phone that came out last fall. The HTC Desire HD in turn was the European version of and had similar specs to the HTC EVO 4G, a phone that came out last summer. To conclude this strange circle, the EVO 4G was the Android version of and and had similar specs to the HTC HD2, which came out in late 2009.

There's a bit of a problem when the HD2 and the HTC Inspire 4G aren't that different. Haven't you noticed how many HD2 users on this site are still calling their phones masterpieces? The way that everyone talks about the rapid pace of phone development, shouldn't we have progressed past the HD2 by now?

Why do you think we keep saying that the HTC Incredible, which was released last spring, stacks up so well to today's newer phones? It's not just because the Incredible is awesome, it's partly because HTC's spec sheet really hasn't changed much.

Think of it this way: why were we so excited about the Thunderbolt when it was rumored to have a dual-core processor? Because we've seen 1GHz Snapdragon phones for ages.
